Get ready for the spring season!
We had a good turnout Tues for Cross-fit, please make sure you are working out! The spring season is around the corner! Next Tues Cross-fit is at 8pm at the Patuxent Elementary School in Lusby.
Please mark your calendar for the 21st of Jan for our fundraiser at DB McMillan's Pub & Grill starting at 7pm. We will have plenty of giveaways and cool events along with great drink specials. Please spread the word and bring everyone you know. We will also be celebrating the safe return for the Trinidad boys.
We are planning on starting our first Winter Practice on Tues 31 Jan at the Navy Annex in Solomon's Island at 6:30 pm. If you are not planning on playing this spring please let me know ASAP. We need to have have an idea of what returning players we will have.
Pax Rugby welcomes a new sponsor!
Pax Rugby is proud to announce that we have a new sponsor for the upcoming year; Pabst Brewing Co. We are excited to have entered into an agreement with such a well established brand name like Pabst. Pabst Area Sales Manager Chris Hulton and Chris Warren (Mongo) were instrumental in securing the new deal. Pabst will help us this year with club events and fund raisers. Chris Hulton commented that 'PABST BLUE RIBBON IS PROUD TO SUPPORT PAX RIVER RUGBY AND RUGBY PLAYERS EVERYWHERE!' Please join us in supporting Pabst as they will be an instrumental part of our building block this year in moving us to the next level in the PRU. As of Sept 1st, you are required to be CIPP registered for the 2012 season. You do not play if you are not registered. Talk to one of the officers if you have any questions.
